Sign Up & Set Up
Fill out the enquiry form below to start the sign up process. After sign-up we’ll talk you through our set up, request access to your social accounts and collect details about your branding and company.
Following the initial admin set up we’ll talk through what content we’ll need from you and start designing your first batch of templates and optimise your social media accounts.
Finally, we’ll put together a content & posting plan for the next 30 days.
Design & Content Approval
After our set up is completed, we’ll send through the design templates and content plan for your approval. You can request a meeting with us to walk through the documentation and to make any amendments. Once you’re happy with everything we’ll start scheduling your content for the month.
The Success Plan
The best results for our clients are when we collaborate. This means we check in with you on a weekly basis to see what’s new with your business, what projects have been completed and if you have any success stories or testimonials to share. We’ll insert these real-life events into the ongoing content plan to help boost engagement with your audience.
Once a month we’ll offer you a 30-minute review meeting to discuss the status of your accounts to review what content has worked well and what’s best to focus on moving forward.

Here are the answers to our most asked questions:
How quickly will my first post be scheduled?
We aim to get the set up completed within one working week, but we may complete it faster if you’ve been able to supply us with everything we’ve requested. Once your set up is complete and you’ve approved the designs we’ll go ahead and post in accordance with the agreed posting schedule.
I need a post to go out urgently, can I ask you to do it?
Yes, as a one off request we’ll create and post for you as quickly as possible and within 24 hours maximum (during the working week)
If you need dynamic posting on a regular basis, we can discuss this with you and work it into your content and scheduling plan. Depending on your requirements, dynamic posting may incur an additional fee which we will discuss with you before we complete any work.
I need to edit a post that’s already gone out, how do I do this?
Once posts have been posted to your social media accounts the only way to edit is on the platform itself or the post needs to be deleted, edited and reposted through our scheduling software.
If we have made a mistake on a post, please let us know and we will complete the process of editing or removing the post and reposting with the correction.
If you made the error with the information provided to us before we posted you can request that we edit it or edit the post yourself, whichever is the easiest and fastest route to correcting things.
Please note: Whether we can edit a post after it’s gone out will depend on what kind of access we have to your accounts. If we’ve linked to your social media accounts via our scheduling tool and don’t have direct access as an admin or editor on your accounts, then we may not be able to correct an error. In these circumstances we suggest deleting the post and letting us know what correction needs to be made so we can repost it for you.
Will you just create the posts, or do you schedule them too?
We can offer both options. Typically, we will both create and schedule posts to your chosen social media platforms.
If you prefer to receive the posts and schedule them yourself, please let us know so that we can accommodate you.
Can I approve all posts before they go out?
Yes, you can work with us to approve everything that goes out. To accommodate this process, we will need to be working at least 1 week in advance and working within a strict timescale that enables us to create the posts and get your approval before scheduling.
If pre-approval is something you wish to incorporate in your package, please note that there may be a short delay before your first week’s posts go out to allow us to go through the approval process with you.
Do I need to provide you with content?
Yes, you’ll get more success if you provide us with images and videos of you, your work and anything else relevant to the business.
Every week we’ll check in with you and ask you what’s been going on in your business, if you have any work we can show off for you or if you’ve had a great review from a client that we can share.
If you don’t provide any new information, images or videos we’ll stick to the content plan we’ve put together and use stock images/videos.
Do you repeat some posts?
Yes, occasionally we will reshare some of the foundational content about your business or regarding a promotion you’re running.
We often recycle our own content when promoting our services or special offers to ensure that as many people as possible get to see it.
Am I tied into a contract?
No, you’re not tied into a contract although we do require a 30-day notice period to cease service.
If you request to terminate the contract mid-month and ask us to stop posting immediately due to your business closing we will do so, and you will forfeit the reminder of the month.
No refunds are provided after payment has been made for the month.
Why is there a set up fee?
We charge a set up fee to cover the additional work it takes to bring you on board as a client, optimise your social media accounts and create a content plan for you.
We charge an upfront fee instead of incorporating it into your monthly payments so that we can keep the cost of your monthly subscription as affordable as possible.
How do I pay you?
We offer monthly or quarterly payment options. Payments can be made by bank transfer or we can send you a secure checkout link that will automatically collect the payments monthly or quarterly.
Can I pay in a different currency?
Yes, we can accept the Euro, Dollar or Australian Dollar.
