Meta recently announced that from February 2025 all live videos will be deleted from your page after 30 days AND all existing live videos will be deleted from your page or profile.
For existing live videos you’ll receive 90 day warning before they’re deleted.
Note: You’ll receive your 90 day notification via email and on your Facebook account. This will happen when the changes are applied to your account.
The changes are currently rolling out but nobody can inform you when you will receive this notification.
What are your options?
If your Facebook Page, Profile or Group has valuable video content that was created as a “Facebook Live” you have a limited time to save it before it gets deleted. Facebook will give you the option to convert it to a reel.
Converting your medium to long-form videos into a reel is not really going to work well for most of us without properly being repurposed and edited….
But don’t worry, we have a solution!

Admin Set Up Fee: £75.00
The admin fee covers setting up access, consultations with us, the collection of branding/design assets and the design of thumbnails.
Migration Fee Per Video: £7
The migration covers the transfer of the video as it stands with no additional editing. You can choose where to migrate to – move to a video platform of your choice – e.g. Youtube / Vimeo / Bunny / Wistia / Re-upload to Facebook.
